Health coaching is a client-driven partnership. I partner with you using evidence-based practices to help you uncover what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s possible. Together, we explore what wellbeing looks like for you and build sustainable changes around what matters most, whether that’s sleep, stress, nutrition, energy, movement, or something you haven’t named yet.
How you feel shapes everything: how you make decisions, how you show up in a room, how you sustain yourself through the demands of leadership. And yet most high-achieving professionals have spent years pushing through rather than pausing to ask: what does my body actually need right now?
Health coaching is the space to ask that question, and to build real answers around it.
As your health coach, I don’t hand you a program or tell you what to fix. I partner with you to explore the areas of wellbeing that are most important to you, and help you tap into the knowledge, motivation, and strengths you already have to create meaningful, lasting change.
The scope of this work is as broad as your life, because wellbeing isn’t one thing. It’s the relationship between your physical health, your emotional health, your energy, your environment, your relationships, and the daily habits you don’t think twice about. When one area is out of balance, it ripples into everything, including your leadership.
What makes this different from wellness advice or a prescriptive program is that you set the direction. You decide what matters most. I bring evidence-based knowledge across a wide range of health and wellness areas, from nutrition and digestive health to brain function, sleep, movement, stress, emotional wellbeing, and beyond, and I use that knowledge to meet you where you are, ask the right questions, and support you in building a path forward that’s genuinely yours.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s awareness, progress, and a way of living that actually sustains the life you’re building.
You’re performing at a high level, but your energy, sleep, or focus tells a different story
You’ve tried wellness trends, programs, or quick fixes, and nothing has stuck, because none of it was designed around your life
You sense that how you feel physically is affecting how you lead, but you’re not sure where to start
You don’t want to be told what to do; you want a partner who helps you figure out what works for you
You’re curious about the connection between your daily habits and your overall health, even if you can’t name exactly what’s off
You’re ready to treat your body as a leadership asset, not an afterthought

We start with a conversation, not an assessment, not a checklist. I want to understand your life, your goals, and what wellbeing means to you right now.

Together, we look at the full picture of your health and identify the areas where small shifts could have the greatest impact. You lead; I ask the questions that help you get clear.

We co-create an action plan grounded in your priorities, your pace, and your life, not a template. I bring evidence-based insight; you bring the context of what's real and doable.

Change that comes from you is change that lasts. I support you with accountability, encouragement, and the space to adjust as you grow, because wellbeing isn't a destination, it's a practice.
Every coaching engagement is unique because every client is unique. But here are some of the areas that often come up in our work together:
How what you eat and drink is fueling or depleting your energy and mental clarity
The role movement plays in cognitive performance, mood, and resilience
The connection between your digestive health and how you feel day to day
How your breathing habits affect your energy, focus, and ability to stay grounded under pressure
Why sleep has become harder and what your body needs to restore it
Environmental factors you may not have considered that influence your health
How stress and emotional patterns show up physically and what to do about it
The daily habits and routines that are quietly shaping how you show up as a leader
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to be willing to explore.
